Dave Cline
PMO DIRECTOR
Dave is a healthcare executive with 25+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in a Managed Care environment. He has led strategic initiatives in value-based care and operational efficiencies that have transformed organizations and enhanced healthcare delivery.
He has built and led PMOs, managing portfolios of over 200 projects and programs including EHR implementations and integration of legacy systems into new platforms.
Dave holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a Teaching Credential from the University of California, Riverside. He’s a certified PMP and as a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma has certified over 100 professionals. In addition, he also taught Risk and Quality Management at the University of Redlands for 5 years.
Dave’s passion is scuba diving where he was an instructor for over 10 years and certified 100+ divers.
