Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Incuvio, Alexis held executive leadership roles with Optum/Change Healthcare, DST Health Solutions, Optum, Accenture, and KPMG. He has more than 20 years of experience working with over 270 health plans, health systems, federal health agencies, and state, community & home health care organizations.  He excels at design and execution of business strategy & growth strategies, product portfolio management, whole person population health programs, risk and quality analytics, and value based contracting and care models.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with his son traveling, playing tennis, running, and having outdoor adventures.

Alexis graduated from University of North Carolina where he earned a BS and Master’s in Public Health and has completed all course work for a PhD in Epidemiology.   He is a Registered Dietician and Licensed Nutritionist.

Kaliegh is a dedicated healthcare technology professional with over 10 years of experience in clinical technology development and enablement for multi-specialty, inpatient and outpatient, provider and payor solutions. 

Throughout her career, Kaliegh has successfully crafted transformative products that align clinical, operational, and technological goals. These diversified solutions streamline workflows, ensure sustainability, and enable organizations to capture their full impact, drive robust expansion efforts, enhance staff and patient retention, swiftly adapt to evolving market needs, and confidently execute their vision.

Kaliegh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration/Management, a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University.

For more than 15 years, Christopher has worked with some of the healthcare industry’s most prominent leaders including BlueCross, Healthgrades, Mayo Clinic and P3 Health Partners along with several government entities. He has an intense passion for emerging technology and understands that the easier the technology is to use, the better the results. Christopher specializes in architecting new enterprise-scale systems, migrating legacy systems, developing high performance technology engineering and data analytics teams and ensuring a high degree of end user satisfaction through a focus on user experience (UX).

Christopher has established several healthcare innovation companies with the goal of building more nimble technology to facilitate the healthcare industry’s transition from a fee-for-service model to value-based care. Whereas existing solutions are expensive to implement, overly complex and slow to change – Christopher believes that the solutions which will yield real changes are simplistic to adopt and enable change in real-time primarily leveraging emerging AI to augment operator involement.
