Michael Kinne
OPERATING PARTNER
Michael Kinne is an Operating Partner at Incuvio Health, where he focuses on C-suite client management, product/business development, scaling disruptive ideas, and fostering strategic partnerships. With over 30 years of experience across health plans, provider-sponsored fiduciaries, technology startups-ups, and consulting environments, Michael is a known subject matter expert in value-based care administration, particularly in Medicare, Medicaid, MLTSS and PACE programs.
Before joining Incuvio Health, Michael held senior leadership roles at roles at HealthNet, Centene and UPMC, where he had P&L responsibility for large, diversified Government Program businesses. His entrepreneurial career includes early-stage Executive Advisory roles with digital health companies VirtualHealth Helios, Pair Team, IMPOWR and Latitude Health. Michael was also the co-founder and President of the community-based Medicaid health plan, NextLevel Health in Chicago, Illinois, which was sold to Centene Corporation in 2020.
An operator-entrepreneur at heart, Michael is passionate about curating technology-based solutions that meaningfully address unmet consumer needs, especially within vulnerable populations and communities. He is recognized for his ability to demystify and integrate complex programs in order to enhance member experience and deliver measurable business value.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult sons. He and his wife are also personal care attendants (PCAs) for their adult son with autism spectrum disorder, Aidan. His personal experience in Medicaid works to inform and hone his work and world view. He enjoys reading and spending time in outdoor, nature-rich activities, particularly snowboarding.
