With over 20 years of leadership experience across health plans, provider organizations, technology firms, and consulting environments, Unmesh is known for building high-performing teams, driving digital transformation, and delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Before founding Incuvio Health, Unmesh held senior leadership roles at Clever Care Health Plan as Chief Technology & Digital Officer, at P3 Health Partners as Chief Technology Officer, and leadership roles at Optum and Kaiser Permanente, where he led strategy and execution for large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives. His career has spanned digital health innovation, population health solutions, value-based care enablement, clinical data integration, and technology-driven operational optimization.

An entrepreneur at heart, Unmesh is passionate about bridging the gap between innovative healthcare startups and the operational complexities of large healthcare organizations.
